How many times can I analyse or refine before it costs extra?

There is no limit. Analysis, discovery and MVP refinement are all covered by the subscription, with no per-run charge. Re-run them every time your requirements change.

When exactly is the production code cost charged?

Only when you have signed off the quote and asked for the production code to be built. Jenercode gives you the total cost upfront and charges nothing until you accept it, so you always know the number before you commit to it.

What if the quote is more than I want to spend?

Then you do not accept it. You keep your subscription, keep refining the scope, and ask for a new quote. Nothing is charged for a quote you turn down.

What happens if I cancel part-way through?

Access runs to the end of the month you have paid for. Nothing is charged for code you have not chosen to own, so cancelling costs you the licence time and nothing more. Code you have already paid to own remains yours, subject to the applicable Jenercode terms.

What is not included in the price?

Hosting and third-party infrastructure — you open your own AWS account and AWS bills you for it directly. Jenercode can run the infrastructure inside that account under a role you grant and can revoke, but never your billing or account administration. The Jenercode command-line tool is part of Enterprise rather than the self-serve packages.
